A compact concrete oval with 650-foot straightaways and steep, variable corner banking. It hosted the 2025 national/East combination race that decided the East championship.

The Northeast Tennessee venue lies near the Virginia state line. Its first NASCAR race in July 1961 was won by Jack Smith with relief from Johnny Allen.
