Greg Biffle finished third in the No. 23 SPS Chevrolet at Tri-City Raceway in his first ARCA start since the previous year’s race at the track. He was fastest in practice, qualified second and led laps before taking third.
Biffle also signed autographs for fans at the packed track. Desert Food Mart, Hampton Inn Pasco, and Frank & Sons Auto Body supported the entry.
