Dylan Zampa will make his SPEARS Southwest Tour Series Super Late Model debut with SPS at Irwindale Speedway on May 21, 2022.
Zampa visited the SPS shop for a seat fitting after being named to the 2022 Kulwicki Driver Development Program and winning twice at All American Speedway the previous weekend.
He earned the drive by winning the '2021 Sigma Performance Services Young Gun's Championship' within the SPEARS Pro Late Model Series. The award gives the highest-placed driver age 20 or younger in the final standings a race in an SPS-prepared Super Late Model.
Sigma Performance Services will provide the car and crew and cover the associated expenses for the May 21 event.
SPS thanked the Zampa family, the SPEARS SRL Southwest Tour Series, Low Budget TV, Hoosier Tire West and the other Young Guns competitors.
