Gabe Brown finishes eighth in Snowflake 125 debut

Gabe Brown started ninth and finished eighth in the No. 24 at Five Flags Speedway after rain delayed the Snowflake 125 into December 7.

Archive record from the 2025 season, published Dec 7, 2025. Retained for the historical record; it does not describe the current 2026 programs.

Gabe Brown finished eighth in the Allen Turner Snowflake 125 on his first visit to Five Flags Speedway, driving the No. 24 P1 Chassis car for SPS. Keelan Harvick won the 125-lap Pro Late Model race.

Brown qualified ninth with a 16.681-second lap and started from that position. Rain pushed the Saturday program into Sunday, December 7, with the track reporting a 3:30 a.m. finish. The crew kept the car ready through the extended delay.

The 2025 Snowflake was the first at 125 laps, adding 25 laps to the Pro Late Model race. It is the companion feature to the 300-lap Super Late Model Snowball Derby, giving SPS two separate races during the Pensacola weekend.

Five Flags’ half-mile asphalt oval has 15-degree banking in the turns. Its abrasive surface makes preserving tires an important part of sustaining pace over a full race distance.
