Tristan McKee finished second in the Summer Showdown at Evergreen Speedway after qualifying on pole and winning his heat on Friday. The weekend opened SPS’s renewed late model program under Preston Peltier.
Jace Hansen won the race, with P1 chassis taking the top two positions. Chevrolet, Gainbridge, Spire Motorsports, SPS and Angel of the Winds Casino Resort supported McKee’s entry.
