Spencer Gallagher finished 10th in the No. 24 backup car in SPS’s two-car effort at Rockingham Speedway, while Tyler Reif retired after hitting the wall.
Reif qualified third in the No. 23 and ran near the front early. Contact just before halfway left the car too badly damaged to continue despite the crew’s repair attempts.
Gallagher will drive the No. 23 at Talladega next weekend. Reif returns to the car at Nashville on May 3.
