SPS has moved into a new shop for its 2026 ARCA program. The facility is fully operational, with larger bays for simultaneous car builds and repairs, dedicated design and fabrication areas, and more storage for parts and materials.
The shop provides expanded work areas and updated tools. Its layout allows engineers and mechanics to work together and drivers to provide feedback after test runs.
SPS plans to use the space to shorten turnaround between races and spend more time on testing and car development. That work will include data analysis, suspension configurations and aerodynamic changes to prepare cars for different track conditions.
The move follows SPS’s January 30 confirmation that it would continue its ARCA and late model programs and relocate within North Carolina. That statement came after the team ended participation in its planned O’Reilly Auto Parts Series program, setting the context for the shop’s focus on ARCA preparation.
